How long will delivery take?
We have two options for delivery, for the UK if the order is placed before 2pm it’s dispatched on the same day and if it’s placed after 2pm it is then despatched on the next working day. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. You can choose from the two options
1.Next day delivery which is £5.99 (not applicable during sales) or
2. standard delivery which is £4.99. (2-3 working days)
3. Free delivery on orders over £100 UK ONLY. (5-7 days, not included in the sale period)

Orders placed outside the UK are calculated before checkout based on delivery service and location.
How do I exchange an item?
All items can be exchanged as long as:
- the tags are still attached
- item is still in brand new condition
- NOT FROM THE SALE
return your parcel to us with the form provided and let us know what item you want to exchange it for.
How do i return an item?
Yes all items can be returned within the 7 days period along as all items are still:
- in brand new condition
- tags must be attached
- not from the sale
Once the item has been returned and assessed you will receive your full refund back.
Items bought from the sale can not be accepted for returns.
International Returns :
Returns outside of the UK are not free. You must pay for postage yourself. Once we recive your items we will refund you the full amount as long as the items are still in brand new condition, tags are still attached and items are not bought from the sale.
We do advise you send your returns to us using a tracked and signed for delivery as you are responsible the items arrive to us safely.
Do i have to pay for duty and import charges?
No, Little Yosef will cover these charges for you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
All refunds are processed within 2-3 days and after processing is finished from our side your funds should be available to you within 5 days depending on your bank.
What delivery service do you use?
We work with the best delivery services to get your orders to you safely and quickly as possible such as:
- ROYAL MAIL
For all our customers from the Europe have the options of express DHL, Aramex and standard delivery.
For our middle east customers you have the choices of express DHL, ARAMEX, and standard delivery.
What should i do if my items are faulty?
If your items arrive faulty or damaged please get in touch with us via email email@example.com and we will be able to solve your issues accordingly.
What payments does Little Yosef accept?
We accept all debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Is Little Yosef safe to make payments online?
Yes, all transactions are 100% safe as they are encrypted through our secure server which protects all your private information.
My credit card was declined?
Check that you have provided all correct information and if the problem persists check the following
- do you have sufficient funds
- bank security
- name and address aren’t matching with the card details you have provided

Do i need to create an account?
No, it is up to you. You can check out as guest but if you make an account with us your details will be saved and you won’t need to type out addresses each time.

How do I make an order?
Add the items you like to your cart and click proceed to checkout. If you have an account with us you will be asked to log in and if you don’t you can choose to make an account or checkout as a guest. Once you’ve clicked checkout you will see your items in your cart, you will be asked to fill in billing details. choose your delivery method and then click continue to payment. All our payments are 100% secure.
Can I make any changes to my order once its been placed?
Yes, get in touch with us via email and provide us your order number and email as soon as possible as once orders are despatched we can not make any changes.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will get an email from us within 15 minutes confirming your order.
